    We are looking for the rock (aka, coordinator) who will be the central hub to all aspects of our digital media pipeline through every phase of development and production. You will correspond with producers, directors, vendors, and Esri department heads and requestors to fulfill practical, everyday production and logistical needs while maintaining budgets, schedules, and deadlines.     Responsibilities

    • Manage, track, and facilitate the production pipeline with numerous active projects at any given time
    • Develop and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and project requirements across all in-house and outsourced digital media projects, ensuring operations run efficiently, follow established project parameters, stay on schedule, and meet budget needs
    • Support a staff of producers and team leads by coordinating and organizing production crew staffing, equipment, vendors, travel and crew accommodations, and equipment purchases and rentals across multiple simultaneous video projects
    • Provide logistics and scheduling details for each project, in addition to production administrative duties such as purchase request processing, release and footage acquisition and licensing; perform content research tasks as needed
    • Develop and enforce best practices in media management systems and processes
    • Develop and maintain our digital asset library including media logging, archival, and storage 
    • Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and social media teams to help execute the online video strategy
    • Conduct special research and financial analysis on projects related to video production such as researching potential vendors and reporting cost analysis
    • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and cooperation between video production, management, vendors, and clients

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years of media production experience in a video production team environment supporting multiple projects
    • Exceptional organizational skills, resourceful, detail oriented, the ability to think ahead
    • Able to work independently while handling a multitude of tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
    • Ability to adapt to change quickly and smoothly, swiftly putting out fires
    • Familiarity with all aspects of video production so you can communicate effectively with production staff, vendors, and management
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with capacity to develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external partners in a highly collaborative team environment
    • Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, advertising, digital video, or related field

    Recommended Qualifications

    • Some working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications or willingness to learn
    • A little experience working in a corporate or agency setting
    • Experience working with production workflow software for video production scheduling and resource management
    • Familiarity with CatDV and/or general working knowledge of video archiving
