    As a world leading and continually evolving software company, Esri is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our sales team and be part of our rapid growth. Our Inside Sales Team is vital to the overall success of our Global Business Development Division.

     

    The right person will have experience managing inside sales, customer care, or account management teams. You will manage and grow a team responsible for converting incoming leads, calls, and inquiries to sales and cultivating sales opportunities with existing customers.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with sales leadership to develop and drive revenue growth initiatives that can be executed by inside sales
    • Provide leadership and guidance by managing performance of inside sales team members and direct sales activities through effective coaching and development
    • Contribute to the attainment of company sales goals and growth by supporting sales objectives
    • Create and design outbound calling campaigns to drive sales
    • Ensure adherence to Esri’s sales process by leveraging our CRM and other sales tools
    • Consistently review and leverage CRM and contact center analytics to support execution of the national and sector sales plans
    • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
    • Be an expert in all Esri products and services

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience managing and coaching an inside sales or customer support team
    • Proven ability to develop an annual call center plan to support companywide goals and objectives
    • Proven ability to meet company goals and “stretch” goals
    • Strong working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
    • Demonstrated ability to coach to business acumen
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
    • Ability to be flexible and operate in a changing market environment
    • Bachelor’s in business administration, business management, GIS, or a related field (MBA preferred), or equivalent work experience

    Recommended Qualifications:

    • Ability to demonstrate cross-divisional coordination, promote team collaboration, and be open and receptive to feedback across verticals to ensure the customer reflection is we are “One Esri”
    • Working knowledge of Genesys contact center system
    • Demonstrate the ability to write smart, attainable, realistic, time-driven goals with clearly identifiable results
