  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources to define business requirements, opportunities, and priorities associated with business development and communication initiatives
  • Use strong analytical reasoning to evaluate information collected through workflow analysis, business process review, and stakeholder meetings
  • Acquire strong knowledge of working business systems, processes, and resources to support identification of efficient and effective approaches for improved performance
  • Prepare accurate documentation of analysis and workflows including options and recommended approaches to meet business objectives and targeted outcomes
  • Develop and implement business capture strategies to develop business opportunities associated with select products, services, and programs 
  • Conduct multiple engagements and activities simultaneously 
  • Establish, develop, and manage key relationships to support portfolio objectives
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and participants
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals


  • Ability to investigate, analyze, and document complex business processes
  • Ability to think strategically and develop practical business approaches
  • Self-motivated, creative, and team oriented
  • Ability to develop productive relationships with management, colleagues, and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s or higher in business, marketing, or related field 

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Experience testing, documenting, and supporting CRM in a multi-tier environment
  • Solid experience working with reporting capabilities associated with Salesforce
