Are you outgoing, organized, and a good communicator? Join our Customer Service group to provide clerical support to the team. Use your strong people skills and desire to help others to support various clerical functions that will assist the team in managing specific data in regards to customer accounts as well as helping with follow up. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the organization in order to move forward to the next level of opportunity.



  • Manage a high volume of incoming e-mail correspondence and take appropriate and timely action
  • Responsible for assisting Customer Service Reps with clerical responsibilities in regards to customer orders and software maintenance follow-up
  • Analyze data and demonstrate expertise regarding creating and updating customer Esri Account Profiles insuring they are complete and accurate
  • Learn all support roles to offer back-up coverage when needed


  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially with e-mail and telephone
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Applicable college coursework or degree
