This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional HR professional to join our team.



  • Conduct research, assimilate best practices, and develop HR compliance programs
  • Develop, lead, and maintain Esri's affirmative action program
  • Serve as subject matter expert on OFCCP and federal, state, and regional regulations
  • Administer all federal, state, and regional regulatory reports for AAP, EEO-1, VET-100 & 100A, E-Verify employment statistics, and ongoing programs
  • Respond to daily compliance inquiries resulting in high-quality customer service results while supporting long-term regulatory strategies/programs
  • Maintain and proactively update employee handbooks and employee policy portals and/or web sites for all domestic and international locations
  • Oversee mandatory employee compliance training content and tracking including workplace harassment prevention training, code of business conduct training, and others as needed
  • Maintain and communicate employee notices of federal, state, and local requirements to ensure regulatory adherence


  • 2 years of experience with development, maintenance, and effective leadership of an affirmative action plan
  • 2 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role with experience in state, federal, wage, and hour laws and benefits and an understanding of ADA, EEO, FMLA, and Title VII 
  • 2+ years of experience with research, analysis, responding to claims filed by regulatory agencies, and partnering on global compliance and employee policy issues 
  • Exceptional critical and analytical thinking skills with a keen ability to synthesize complex regulatory information and identify the business impact
  • Ability to work proactively to help build systematic processes and methodologies
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to organize and express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS, and program and project management skills
  • Bachelor's in business, human resources, or related field (master’s preferred)
