In this role, you will provide detailed coordination of multiple programs including our leadership development series, education resources, change management, diversity and inclusion, and other talent management initiatives.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support administration and coordination of leadership development and talent management programs
    • Support learning sustainment through development, implementation, and scheduling of pre- and post-training activities 
    • Oversee coordination of the fellowship program and external educational discounts and resources including tuition reimbursement requests
    • Facilitate new employee orientation and professional development programs
    • Develop training tools, practices, guides, and templates to provide consistency and sustainability of training initiatives
    • Manage learner and course data within the learning management system (LMS) including assignment, scheduling, recording, and reporting 
    • Organize training program logistics and resources such as room reservations, enrollment lists, participant materials, survey evaluations, calendars, set-up/break-down, AV support, and more
    • Support administration and evaluation of training effectiveness and improvement processes

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of work experience in human resources or related field 
    • Expertise in areas of HR, learning and development, and program management
    • Experience facilitating corporate training, presentations, and/or educational programs
    • Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with others in a team-oriented culture
    • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude to ensure a best-in-class training experience for all employees
    • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
    • Able to multi-task and manage multiple programs and events
    • Bachelor’s in business, human resources, psychology, communication, or related field (master's preferred)

    Recommended Qualifications: 

    • Experience with SucessFactors LMS
