    Responsibilities:

    • Support the day-to-day administration and inventory of global/domestic health and welfare programs according to plan provisions
    • Deliver exceptional customer service with internal and external customers
    • Work cross functionally across the organization to support employee and company initiatives 
    • Assist in plan design changes that align with benefits philosophy and employee and business needs
    • Provide subject matter expertise and communicate Esri's benefit programs regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements
    • Coordinate employee events and communications for benefits and wellness fairs 
    • Partner with payroll team to ensure accuracy of all benefit-related deductions and reporting of taxable benefits
    • Research and troubleshoot benefit-related eligibility questions and issues
    • Partner with third-party plan consultants to maintain company compliance with all regulatory guidelines

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of related human resources and benefits experience
    • Ability to handle high level of confidentiality regarding organizational and employee information
    • Demonstrated time management and attention to detail; ability to plan and organize tasks
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive results
    • Express ideas clearly with effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills 
    • Exceptional emotional intelligence with great critical thinking skills and culture awareness 
    • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
    • Ability to work proactively and help build systemic processes and methodologies
    • Bachelor’s degree 

    Recommended Qualifications:

    • Global benefits experience
    • Experience with an HRIS, preferably SAP/Oracle or SuccessFactors
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • PHR or SPHR certification
