In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and designing effective test automation to ensure the quality of new product features we add into CAD integration and interoperability tools.   • Collaborate with developers and product engineers to build new GIS/CAD applications
  • Design and author test cases for unit, functional, performance, scalability, and durability testing
  • Prioritize and categorize test cases into sanity, regression, and full pass test suites
  • Support ArcGIS CAD integration software to enhance overall product quality
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems


  • 1+ years of experience with software quality assurance testing, Python, C#, LISP
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS or GIS in general, with an emphasis on web services, maps, and apps
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to deliver work, in teams or individually
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • You love automating things and finding places to improve inefficiencies
  • Capable of defining and implementing test protocols
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, mathematics, GIS, or a related field, depending on position level

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CAD software
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Experience in automating AutoCAD and LISP
  • Experience with web apps, to support and publish services, diagnose issues with authentication protocols, setup/maintain servers/portals
  • Familiarity with software build process
  • Experience with Agile software development methods (Scrum, etc.)
