Put your experience in negotiating and developing contractual agreements to the test as a Contracts Specialist.



  • Negotiate, develop, and maintain contracts and contract relationships for software licensing and development
  • Support business program translations, proposal review and comment, risk assessment and management, and conflict resolution
  • Analyze and resolve business and contractual issues
  • Negotiate contractual terms and condition


  • Minimum of two years of contracts negotiation experience (warranty, indemnity, etc.)
  • Familiarity with software licensing terms and or the relevant FAR
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills in working with all levels of staff in a variety of Esri departments and third party vendors
  • Bachelor’s in business or related field

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • International distribution and software licensing experience
