Overview

Work with a diverse group of marketers and designers to leverage marketing automation for campaign execution and optimization. You will use your marketing automation skills to turn a campaign strategy into a smoothly running campaign with colleagues from industry and product teams. You will also use your technical skills to collaborate with IT teams to drive feature functionality that further enables marketers to run and manage campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work across the Marketing Division to implement and improve procedures for optimizing messaging and tactics across multiple marketing channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across several industries and product lines to create, test, and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and web forms including template creation, calls-to-action, and content. is includes A/B and multivariate testing as needed.
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers
  • Work with other Email/Digital Marketing Specialists and management to develop and maintain common best practice recommendations and learnings from analytics
  • Ensure digital marketing campaigns are configured properly in the MAS to record data properly in Salesforce.com CRM
  • Champion continuous advancement of testing capabilities including targeting, personalization, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more
  • Collaborate with SEM, Advertising, and Social Marketing teams to execute campaigns and ensuring landing pages, list sign ups, and automatic email responses are set up as needed Ensure digital marketing campaigns are configured properly in the MAS to record data properly in Salesforce.com CRM
  • Ensure a high-quality product through QC methodologies

Requirements

  • Minimum six years of marketing or business experience with a focus in testing and optimization across marketing channels
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
  • Expertise in digital marketing and marketing automation systems (preferably Pardot)
  • High attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
  • Previous work in email, direct mail, and web marketing required
  • Basic understanding of web design and usability concepts
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing goals and business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong team player
