ArcGIS Monitor is a product uniquely tailored to monitor the system health, performance, and usage of ArcGIS implementations throughout the lifecycle.  We empower organizations to optimize their systems by detecting and resolving problems, monitoring databases and software, reducing costs with more effective operations, and delivering system updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting commercial software development
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn – you must thrive in a dynamic cross-functional team environment
  • Experience developing, executing, and interpreting automated, functional, regression, and performance tests
  • Enthusiasm for improving software capabilities for end users in real-world application
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, computer engineering, GIS, mathematics, or related field, depending on position level
