    Use your technical content management skills to help develop and maintain a world class online support content system with multiple media channels.



    • Contribute to and manage a team of web content editors and technical writers responsible for technical editing, copy editing, and writing and publishing new support content
    • Create and maintain processes, workflows, standards, and benchmarks to ensure that content on,, and other support media channels are excellent quality, meet our customers’ needs, and demonstrably more relevant
    • Work with internal and external resources to solicit draft articles and interesting topics for technical articles; make this a sustainable process
    • Assume complete ownership of content and work closely with the Online Support Resources lead to coordinate development, maintenance, and tuning of the publication mechanism for this content
    • Generate and track metrics for web content management, productivity, and efficiency
    • Provide work plans for offshore teams and assess deliverables and productivity of the offshore content teams
    • Coach, mentor, develop, and empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals to meet the organization's expectations for productivity and quality
    • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output


    • Experience leading a team of technical writers, copy editors, and content developers in a matrix organization
    • Hands-on experience on at least one enterprise content management system
    • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, meta tags, and content usability
    • Experience testing content rich websites
    • Ability to manage a team while making individual contributions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, along with demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple concurrent projects and tasks
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members
    • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
    • Excellent organizational management skills
    • Bachelor’s or master’s in geography, English, or journalism, depending on position level

    Recommended Qualifications:

    • Management experience in a team-oriented workplace
    • Knowledge of Salesforce knowledge management system
    • Project management certification
